Title:It's Real: Suicide Prevention for High School Teens

Description:Presented by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, high school aged teens (Grades 9-12)  and their parents are encouraged to come and learn how to notice signs of someone needing help and receive tips and strategies for having a caring conversation with someone they might be worried about. Teens will also learn methods of self-care for mind, body, soul, and how reaching out to trusted adults can help them manage their mental health. No registration needed.
