Free State Parks Passes Are Here!
November 11, 2022
The Franklin Public Library is proud to be part of a pilot program by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources that gives out free day passes to Wisconsin State Parks! There is a limited supply of passes available to hand out to patrons 18 years of age or older, with valid library cards. Patrons may only check out one pass during the program, which runs from November through February.
What to know before you come to request a pass?
* Make sure you have a valid library card with no more than $5.00 in fines.
*Know the date of your visit OR a 3-day window (ex: 11/15-11/17) of when you will visit the state park of your choice.
