Description:Learn self-defense skills with Lily Beyer of Garden of Serpents Self-Empowerment! Topics will include building confidence, survival instincts, preventative measures, de-escalation tactics and physical defense basics. Parent/guardians are invited to attend the workshop with their teen(s)!
