Financial literacy is incredibly important for our youth. When young people learn how to manage their money effectively, they gain confidence and are better equipped to make sound financial decisions.
Old National Bank is partnering with
Volition Franklin,
Franklin Health Department and
Franklin Public Library to work with students in
grades 6-8 to learn about topics such as:
- Budgeting
- Checking and savings accounts
- Loans
- Credit and credit cards
- Education and post-secondary opportunities
- Insurance and risk management
- Investing
Participants are expected to attend both nights of the workshop.
