This practical, evidence-informed workshop introduces simple tools to help adults better understand their stress response and build greater confidence, clarity, and calm in daily life. Participants will learn how stress affects the brain and body, how to recognize early signs of overwhelm, and how to use accessible techniques to regain focus and emotional balance.
This interactive session is appropriate for adults at any stage of life and provides take-home practices that can be applied at home, at work, and in everyday situations. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to manage stress, strengthen resilience, and make more intentional choices that support overall well-being and personal success.
Terri Wooldridge is a certified life and leadership coach who teaches evidence-informed, whole-health strategies for stress management, resilience, and personal effectiveness. She is a former U.S. Army sergeant and has professional experience connected to healthcare and veteran-serving systems, including work associated with the VA. With a background in science education, nonprofit and leadership roles, and multiple coaching and wellness certifications, Terri brings a practical, research-grounded approach to helping adults understand how stress impacts the brain and body and how to apply simple, sustainable tools for greater clarity, confidence, and well-being in everyday life.
