Creative Movement & Pre-Ballet is for ages 2-3--parent/tot at 10:30-11:00am (parent participation required), Drop-in!Join The Academy of Performing Arts for a magical morning of movement, music, and imagination! These beginner-friendly classes introduce young dancers to the joy of dance through creative movement, basic ballet steps, storytelling, and playful activities. Each month features a special themed class, making every session a brand-new adventure! Perfect for new dancers and families looking for an interactive, fun experience.
September 2: Fairytale Costume BalletDress as your favorite princess, prince, superhero, fairy, animal, or storybook character! Dancers will bring their imaginations to life through magical movement, storytelling, and beginner ballet in a fun costume celebration. Costumes encouraged!
October 28: Not-So-Spooky Ballet Boo BashPut on your favorite costume and join us for a friendly Halloween celebration! Little dancers will twirl with friendly ghosts, hop with pumpkins, flutter like bats, and dance through a silly Halloween adventure that's more fun than spooky. Costumes encouraged!
November 25: Turkey Trot BalletCelebrate the season of gratitude with our Turkey Trot Ballet! Little dancers will stretch like autumn trees, flutter like thankful turkeys, and twirl like colorful fall leaves while exploring beginner ballet steps through imaginative games and storytelling. A cozy, joyful class that encourages creativity, movement, and thankfulness before the Thanksgiving holiday.
Youth Services Program Information:- Attend the programs appropriate for your child’s age.
