Our Summer Reading Program is right around the corner! Stop by the Franklin Public Library to pick up a flyer or download the PDF! The summer reading theme is Every Hero Has a Story!
We have exciting programs this summer: Superhero Training Camp, Professional Performers, Storytimes, Family Star Wars Party, Community Heroes Day, Movies and MORE!
The Children's Summer Reading Club--Give Us 20!--officially begins Monday, June 15! But, you can stop by our Superhero Training Camp on Friday, June 12 from 1-4 for EARLY REGISTRATION!
How the Children's Summer Reading Club Works (Birth to 5th Grade):
• Pick up your Give Us 20! Reading Record beginning Monday, June 15.
• Read at least 20 minutes a day, and have your parent initial the date on your reading record.
• After 5 days of at least 20 minutes of reading, you will receive a packet of coupons (while supplies last).
• After 10 days of at least 20 minutes of reading, you will get a book (while supplies last).
• After any additional 5 days of at least 20 minutes of reading, you will receive an entry slip for a chance to win a prize (1 prize per child).
Last day to turn in Reading Records is Friday, July 31 by 1pm.
